Junior 3D Generalist - Product Visualization & RenderingAbout Meeeple
Meeeple is a creative studio specializing in high-quality visual content for board games, crowdfunding campaigns, and product marketing.
We work with board game creators, publishers, and brands to create professional 3D renders, promotional visuals, campaign assets, trailers, and marketing creatives for global clients.
Our goal is to help creators present their games and products in a visually strong, polished, and market-ready way.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior 3D Artist with 0–1 years of experience who is passionate about product visualization, 3D rendering, and creating high-quality marketing visuals.
This role will focus mainly on non-organic 3D assets, including board game boxes, cards, tokens, components, product-style assets, scene setup, lighting, texturing, and final renders.
The selected candidate will work closely with the team to create professional visuals for real client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clean non-organic 3D models based on project briefs and references
- Work on board game components such as boxes, cards, tokens, boards, miniatures, dice, and product-style assets
- Perform UV unwrapping and apply textures/materials accurately
- Set up lighting, cameras, and scenes for high-quality renders
- Create promotional render variations for marketing and crowdfunding use
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, scale, and output
- Optimize scenes for efficient rendering
- Follow feedback and make revisions quickly
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience or a strong beginner-level portfolio
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Blender
- Good understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
- Interest in product visualization, board games, and marketing visuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow references and project instructions clearly
- Willingness to learn and improve quickly
- Ability to take feedback and iterate efficiently
Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
Tools
- Blender – Primary
- Photoshop / Illustrator – Basic knowledge preferred
