How does it work?

1. Apply to Jumpstart - Apply in 30 seconds. You’ll be invited to a short virtual interview & if successful, you’ll be onboarded onto our marketing stream.
2. Top founders pitch their roles to you - every fortnight, you'll get access to 25+ top startup marketing roles. Pre-recorded video pitches help you decide if a role is right for you.
3. Startups connect with you - apply to your favourite roles every fortnight AND have startups apply to you (at any point!) for roles they think you’re perfect for.
4. Support to nail your interviews - access comprehensive training guides, receive individual interview support and chat to Jumpstart alumni about their interview advice. You’ll have everything you need to land your dream role.
5. Join “the best startup community in London” - once you land a role, you’ll join the Jumpstart community for access to everything you need to grow - think mentorship, events, training, socials & more.

On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.

Starting salaries range from £35-60K + equity (DOE).

The roles:

The roles vary depending on the startup & their funding stage (we predominantly work with seed - Series A startups) however often, startups are looking for their first (or one of the first) marketing hires into the team. This means you’ll be taking on responsibility for shaping & implementing the company’s marketing strategy.

It’s a great opportunity to grow fast & play a pivotal role in a startup’s growth.

We look for people with one of the following backgrounds:

1. Proactive recent grad - marketed a side hustle at uni? Grown a social media page? Got a bunch of marketing internships? Run a bunch of successful events? You’re a perfect fit for Jumpstart!
2. Corporate experience (~1-3 years) - gained some corporate marketing experience but now looking for a career that allows you to have an impact? A startup is the perfect place for you.
3. Startup or scaleup experience (~1-3 years) - already got some startup or scaleup experience in marketing and looking for the next move? We’ll help you find a high-growth role.

More importantly, we want to know about your side hustles (failed or successful!), extracurriculars & motivations to work in a startup.
