Is Jumpstart right for me?
Jumpstart is for engineers looking for a high-impact role.
We look for engineers with the following backgrounds:
- Proactive Grads - strong academic background (Computer Science degree or similar) with some impressive side projects and a love for building (i.e. github or personal portfolio of live projects shipped to users).
- Junior full stack engineers - 1-2 years of experience in a startup or scaleup with a strong product mindset.
- Mid-level full stack engineers - 3-5 years of startup or scaleup experience with a solid understanding of customer impact.
Most importantly, we care about your suitability to startups so make sure you evidence your entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build features for customers.
Average salaries range from £40-80K DOE.

We primarily work with seed to Series A stage startup and approx 50% of the roles on Jumpstart are not advertised elsewhere!
On average, it takes ~4 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work.
