Jumpfactor is seeking a Paid Ads Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, focusing on execution and optimization across multiple ad platforms. This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in paid media who is eager to take their skills further, especially in B2B ads for complex industries (ie. Technology/IT, SAAS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors). You'll manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, with a strong emphasis on ad copywriting and conversion strategies. Experience using AI to optimize and manage campaigns will be key to this role. You will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving results, all while working closely with the broader marketing team. This role requires someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.
