Title – Customization Specialist

Reports To – Peter Boshard Olson (Head of Customer Experience)

Location – Draper, UT

Mostly in-person, some remote/WFH

About The Role

Tailor the Jump AI Assistant to fit the needs of each customer. As a Customization Specialist, you’ll work with advisors to translate their preferences into AI prompts that generate notes, recap emails, task lists, and pre-meeting prep in their desired style and format. You'll also help make sure the AI outputs get saved to the right place in the CRM. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves translating customer needs to AI prompts, is an excellent communicator, and thrives on iteration.

What You've Done

• You were a high-performing student in high school and college
• (Nice to have) You’ve had 1–5 years of professional experience, preferably in customer-facing or technical communication roles.
• (Nice to have) You have experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
