About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an IT Product Owner - Payments to join Information Technology team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all payment platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional priorities. Lead integration of payment systems with PMS (e.g., OPERA), POS (e.g., Micros), and PSPs (e.g., FreedomPay) using OHIP APIs, ensuring automation and seamless guest payment experiences. Optimize online payments across web and mobile, ensuring PCI DSS and GDPR compliance, and using A/B testing and analytics to improve checkout performance. Drive adoption of digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) and modern bank transfer methods (e.g., UAEPGS, SWIFT) to support regional and global needs. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, resolve issues, and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and go-live timelines. Ensure compliance with all payment regulations and security standards. Monitor KPIs (e.g., transaction failures, chargebacks) and continuously improve systems using feedback and insights.
