Role Description The Junior Sales Executive – Jewellery role is a full-time, on-site position based at SilverWorld in New Delhi. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the silver jewelry collection to support informed purchasing decisions. The Junior Sales Executive will handle daily sales activities, including product demonstrations, billing, and basic inventory checks, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Responsibilities also include ensuring the store display is attractive and organized, explaining product features such as material, design, and care instructions, and assisting in meeting individual and store sales targets. The role requires collaborating with the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and supporting occasional promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand needs, and close sales.
- Basic product knowledge and interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail, with a willingness to learn about 925 silver and design trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse customers and team members.
- Organization and attention to detail for handling billing, receipts, inventory checks, and maintaining neat store displays.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in New Delhi, including weekends and peak hours as required by retail operations.
- Comfort with basic computer or POS systems for processing sales and updating customer or inventory records.
