Indicate what is done and why (outcome). i.e., answer the question, “Why does the Job exist?” Job Context: Challenges: 2, DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation & Job : Technician Instrumentation Level : A2/A3 Business Unit : 577 - UTLY & MAX-NIRA-MAXIMO Function : Manufacturing Country: India Work Location : Nira Reporting Manager: Manager Instrumentation Manager’s Manager GM Engineering Matrix Manager: Not applicable Team Size : Direct Reportees : NA 3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountabilities Scope Of Work Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators) Control valve Diaphragm Replacement/Attending Gland Leakages Calibration of Control Valve with Electro pneumatic positioner Calibration of Control Valve with Smart Digital positioner Lapping for seat to arrest the passing problem I/P convertor Installation Calibration UPS & It's batteries/Stabilizer/ Staic Change over S/W- Power supply Connections & Distribution through MCB. Installation of Distribution Box Internal wiring of DB, Timely draining of batteries, cleaning with Vacuum cleanr/Air blower. Modification in DB for added loads. Installation of LG- Tubular glass replacement, Gland leakage attending, Flushing, Decoking & Drain/ Vent valves replacement Installation Installation of MLG-Magnetic Float, indicator capsule replacement, cleaning decoking of assembly. Pressure gauge & Temperature Gauges -Installation calibration, replacement maintenance, troubleshooting preparing small control panel & local box panel & their cutout modification in Existing control panel cutouts Repairing & maint. Of PA system. Installation of Pneumatic power cylinder & it's maint. RTD /Thermocouple-installation, dismentling calibration, troubleshooting, cable termination repairing, thermowell cleaning Cable laying, dressing , Termination in JB, cable glanding in JB,ferruling as per drawing, modification as per control logic & field inst. Relocation UPS & It's batteries/Stabilizer/ Staic Change over s/W- Power supply Connections & Distribution through MCB. Installation of Distribution Box Inetrnal wiring of DB, Timely draining of batteries, Cleaning with Vacuum cleanr/Air blower. Modification in DB for added loads. Rapper Panel & Rapping System- Taking panel in service mode, Checking /modifying the configuration of PLC, replacing PLC Modules, Repairing of Power supply cards, Replacement of Contactors/Internal wiring, Chcking the diode panel , Rapper coil resistance, panel integrity, laying cables from Diode panel to rapper coil, Lamp test for rapper panel, troubleshooting for faults. Panel Mounted Inst.- PID controller/Flow totalizer Indicator/ Loop powered displays/Timer /Counter/Ammonia level controller/Scanner/Data logger/Indicator/ON/OFF Controler- Configuration as per requirement, PID Repairing, Installation on Panel, Cable termination, Sp. Adjustment. Load Cell & Weight Indicator/Weigh Bridge- Load cell Testing Cable Identification, termination to weight indicator, Maint. Troubleshooting. Platform installation, Load cell installation in platform.
