Machine Learning Engineer

JTA is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role blends deep technical implementation with innovation, contributing directly to our R&D efforts and helping shape the foundations of a state-of-the-art Vertical AI platform for the E-commerce sector. You will work across multiple projects, designing robust ML infrastructure, developing scalable data pipelines, and building intelligent systems using both traditional and SOTA machine learning techniques, including LLMs. Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines from feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with Data Scientists to move models from experimentation to production, ensuring performance and reliability. Lead or support R&D initiatives focused on applying innovative ML techniques, including LLMs, to real-world challenges. Contribute to the design and implementation of database architecture that support ML workflows and scalable storage. Work primarily within the E-commerce vertical, powering personalized, intelligent, and high-performing AI systems. Help build the foundations of a Vertical AI platform, integrating cutting-edge ML techniques and scalable software design. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability for ML systems. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and contribute to team-level technical decisions.
