Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Corporate governance:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
- Help organize and prepare documents for board meetings, annual general meetings, and other committee meetings.
- Support the company secretary in ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices.
- Compliance support:
- Research and keep updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Assist in filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of compliance requirements and corporate regulations.
- Documentation:
- Aid in drafting minutes of meetings, resolutions, and reports.
- Help in the preparation of corporate filings, including annual returns and financial reports as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information to stakeholders.
- FEMA FLA returns.
- Compliances related to SEBI (LODR).
