About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, compliance, employee relations, training & development, and performance management, while ensuring a productive and legally compliant work environment Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, especially for blue-collar, technical, and plant staff. Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and payroll records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, gratuity, and bonus. Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace. Ensure adherence to labour laws and factory compliance regulations (e.g., Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.). Develop and implement effective HR policies related to discipline, safety, code of conduct, etc. Oversee the induction and onboarding process for new employees. Organize regular training and development programs to enhance workforce capability. Prepare and present monthly HR MIS reports to senior management. Lead and manage the Performance Appraisal Process, including setting up KRA/KPIs and feedback mechanisms Skills * MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
