We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative Analyst Manager to provide essential support to staff and reception. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment and includes a blend of administrative, clerical, and technical support responsibilities.

💼What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to office personnel and leadership
Oversee several staff members and coordinating the staff schedules
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and emailing
Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls professionally
Greet and direct visitors and customers
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking, and petty cash
Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems
Update and maintain the office roster and retrieve documents as needed
Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, including setup between meetings
Monitor and replenish office supply inventories
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment as needed
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including bulk mail preparation
Maintain kitchen areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and appliances are maintained
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Support technical and administrative functions for IPTs, Focus Groups, and Working Groups
Assist with DoD and DON technical analysis and assessment of Nuclear Weapons Surety elements on SSBN-related programs
Foster positive interpersonal relationships with employees and customers

🧠What You Bring to the Table

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative operations
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional, diplomatic approach when working with government partners, vendors, and tenants
