Role Overview: Champions Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in both shooting and editing video content. The successful candidate will produce high-quality videos to support branding, marketing, events, and communication initiatives across multiple business units.
Location : HSR (near Silkboard Road) / Sarjapura Road
Shift : Mid Day Shift (12pm - 9pm)
Working Days - 5 Days
Salary : Upto 27K + PF + Medical Insurance + Food Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
路 Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects for brand campaigns, events, interviews, product showcases, and corporate messaging
路 Set up, shoot, and direct video content using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
路 Edit video footage to create engaging, polished final products with appropriate transitions, effects, soundtracks, and graphics using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
路 Ensure video content aligns with Champions Groups standards and reflects the brands identity and messaging
路 Maintain video archive, organize digital assets, and ensure files are easily retrievable for future use
路 Stay current with industry trends, suggesting innovative ideas for visual storytelling on digital and social media platforms
路 Support live event coverage, webinars, and virtual presentations as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
路 Minimum 1 year professional experience in videography and video editing
路 Proficiency in using video cameras, DSLR equipment, lighting, and audio gear
路 Strong command of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
路 Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling video narratives
路 Attention to detail and commitment to high production values
路 Working knowledge of sound mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics
路 Strong communication and teamwork skills
路 Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
路 Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work (to be submitted with application)
Preferred:
路 Experience in social media video content creation
路 Familiarity with live event and webinar video setups
路 Skills in After Effects or similar tools for graphics/motion enhancement
