🎬 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Edit and create engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions.
• Handle traditional and commercial video projects for international clients, including Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Puberty Functions, Engagements, and other special events.
• Create Reels, Shorts, Highlights, Full-Length Videos, Promotional Videos, and other video formats based on client requirements.
• Design basic to intermediate-level 3D motion graphics, animations, titles, lower-thirds, and visual effects.
• Add professional text animations, transitions, color grading, sound effects, background music, and other enhancements to improve video quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop innovative visual concepts and storytelling approaches.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
• Organize, manage, and archive project files efficiently for smooth workflow management.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, design trends, social media formats, and motion graphics innovations.
• Optimize video content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels.

🧠 You Should Know (or Be Ready to Learn):
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Music Visualization, SFX, Colour Grading & DI
• Basic 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D
• Knowing Danvinc Resolve or FCP is an added advantage.
• Photoshop / Illustrator for design assets
• Understanding of video formats, ratios, and social media video styles.

👩💻 Who Can Apply:
• Freshers are welcome (or) 6 months – 1 year experience in motion design or video editing.
• Creativity matters more than experience.
• Passionate about design, animation, and learning in a start-up setup.
• Background in Design / Animation / Multimedia is a plus (not mandatory).

📆 Internship Structure:
• Month 1 – Probation Period: Familiarize yourself with the company's culture, workflows, tools, quality standards, and project management processes while working closely with the team.
• Months 2–3 – Training & Project Exposure: Receive structured training and gain hands-on experience through active participation in live client projects, enabling practical skill development and professional growth.
• Months 4–6 – Performance Evaluation & Career Progression: Based on your performance, project contributions, adherence to deadlines, professional conduct, and commitment to client deliverables, you will be considered for a stipend and/or salary package.
• Month 7 – After successful completion of your 6 months internship period: High-performing candidates may be shortlisted for long-term opportunities within the organization. Subject to company policies and mutual agreement, selected candidates may be offered employment, contractual engagements, or other long-term professional arrangements, along with applicable benefits and career advancement opportunities.
