Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive / Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. The candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their marketing and branding requirements.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, and digital teams for campaign execution.
- Prepare briefs for internal teams and ensure clarity of client requirements.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Present campaign ideas, concepts, and reports to clients.
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience in advertising agency / digital marketing agency preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good understanding of branding, social media, digital campaigns, and creative processes.
