We are seeking a motivated Jr. Project Coordinator to assist in managing client projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Track progress and prepare status reports.
• Schedule and organize meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely documentation of project activities.
• Use AI tools for project tracking, reporting, and communication support.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination or project support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Awareness and hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI).
• Ability to work in a 12 PM – 9 PM shift from office.
