Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and driven Jr. Software Engineer Interns to join our global technology and engineering team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in AI-driven software development and learn how to thrive in the rapidly evolving AI industry.
All selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month training program focused on:
- Real-world AI applications
- Modern coding practices
- Full-stack product development
- Industry readiness in the AI-driven market
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PanvaTech’s global engineering team
- Learn and apply modern programming and AI development techniques
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying full-stack applications
- Perform application testing and stress testing
- Support product development across Web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Learn best practices in teamwork, version control, and product lifecycle management
- Participate in real-world projects across multiple industries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong interest in software development and Artificial Intelligence
- Basic understanding of programming (any language preferred)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
Training & Commitment
- 6-month intensive training program (no training fees charged)
- Focus on building real-world, job-ready AI and software development skills
- Compensation during training may vary based on candidate qualifications
- Minimum 2-year commitment required after joining
