Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Social Media Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Junior Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, developing strategies to boost online presence, and planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. The role will also include monitoring social media metrics, engaging with the community, and reporting performance insights to drive audience growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies
- Creativity and a passion for staying updated with social media trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in social media management (1-2 years) is required
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or content creation platforms is a plus
