Role Description The Jr Social Media Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves monitoring and analyzing social media performance across platforms, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The Jr Social Media Analyst will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, support content scheduling, and ensure alignment with broader digital marketing strategies. The role includes staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to recommend data-backed improvements to campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media measurement tools and platform analytics (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Knowledge of social media marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Comfort with social networking platforms and understanding of audience engagement tactics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of broader digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; internships or project experience in social media are an advantage.
