SHIFT HOURS: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
DESIGNATION: Sales Associate
SALARY: Rs. 27,000/ Month – Rs. 35,000/Month (Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, generating and managing leads, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring excellent service through the entirety of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with potential clients
- Strong Communication skills to clearly and persuasively engage with customers and colleagues
- Customer Service capabilities to ensure a positive client experience from the initial contact through ongoing support
- Sales expertise with a focus on closing deals and meeting targets effectively
- Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for working in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in education services or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work in an office-based setting in Mumbai
