Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Sales Engineer. The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales team with technical expertise, engage with customers to understand their needs, and propose tailored technology solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, assisting in sales processes, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and success in adopting our solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills to identify, present, and drive effective solutions for customers
- Technical Support expertise to address product-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Prior experience or knowledge in ICT or digital transformation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
