Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Development Representative who can drive outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to identify, connect, and qualify potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn
  • Identify and research potential clients & decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget & authority
  • Initiate conversations, pitch services & handle basic objections
  • Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
  • Track daily activities (calls, emails, follow-ups)
  • Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Follow up regularly to nurture and convert leads


Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B lead generation / sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Good research and data mining abilities
  • Experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools preferred
  • Target-driven, self-motivated mindset
  • Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred
