Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Development Representative who can drive outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to identify, connect, and qualify potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn
- Identify and research potential clients & decision-makers
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget & authority
- Initiate conversations, pitch services & handle basic objections
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Track daily activities (calls, emails, follow-ups)
- Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Follow up regularly to nurture and convert leads
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B lead generation / sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good research and data mining abilities
- Experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools preferred
- Target-driven, self-motivated mindset
- Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred
