Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Sales Coordinator who will work closely under the guidance of a Sales Manager and support day-to-day sales activities. The role focuses on customer communication, follow-ups, internal coordination, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Work under a Sales Manager to support daily sales activities.
- Call existing customers and potential customers to generate inquiries.
- Take regular follow-ups with customers and sales team.
- Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance teams.
- Maintain sales data, records, and basic MIS.
- Assist the sales team in routine sales-related work and documentation.
Candidate Profile- Fresher to 1 year of experience (basic understanding is sufficient).
- Strong enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with a WFO environment.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Chemistry or Management background preferred
