Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Consultant role based in Noida. The Junior Sales Consultant will focus on assisting senior sales teams in client management, promoting and selling Mavilach Group’s products and services, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting market research, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals, and providing consultative sales strategies to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a strong ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through excellent engagement and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
