Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role also involves building a strong candidate pipeline, maintaining effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the Junior Recruiter will contribute to the achievement of specific recruitment targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet target-based goals
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment tools
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in changing recruitment scenarios
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR support roles is an advantage
