Role Description
This is a full-time remote Junior Recruiter role with target-driven responsibilities. As a Jr. Recruiter, you will identify qualified candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. You will collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure positions are filled efficiently. Performance metrics will be based on successful placements and meeting designated targets while delivering an excellent recruitment experience for clients and candidates alike.
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with candidates and clients effectively
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or other platforms
- Ability to meet performance-based targets and work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with industry trends and talent acquisition strategies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a recruiting or staffing role is advantageous
