Quartica is looking for a talented, skilled candidates with 1 year to 3 years who are interested in expanding their skills to different platforms and tools for our new development centre (Quartica) in India.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have QA, strong technical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute manual tests for software applications
· Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues
· Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts
· Participate in agile development methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams
· Develop and maintain manual testing frameworks and scripts
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies
Requirements:
· QA, software testing, or related field
· Strong technical skills:
o Programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
o Testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG)
o Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
o Defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Certifications in QA (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
