Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join
our team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based psychological services, including
assessments, therapy, and interventions, to individuals across various age groups. This role involves
collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address
clients' mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health
- status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in case conferences, supervision sessions, and continuous professional development
- activities.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychology to inform treatment
- approaches.
- Engage in community outreach and mental health education initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology).
- 2–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in mental health settings.
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and assessments.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical
- Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
