We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. In this role, you will be the glue that holds our Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects together, ensuring that engineering designs, regulatory compliance, and site execution align perfectly with our clients' goals.

Position Overview

• Focus: End-to-end coordination of CBG plant setup, from feedstock analysis to gas distribution.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the project timeline (Gantt charts) to ensure milestones are met across various phases: pre-feasibility, design, procurement, and commissioning.
  
  

• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the client, technology providers (anaerobic digestion specialists), and on-site contractors.
  
  

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to MNRE guidelines, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) standards, and environmental regulations.
  
  

• Resource Coordination: Monitor the delivery and installation of critical mechanical equipment (digesters, compressors, purification units) or biological cultures.
  
  

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Project Progress Reports (PPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
  
  

• Site Inspection: Conduct periodic site visits to verify that construction matches the approved Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Bio-Technology.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Biogas, Oil & Gas, or Water Treatment plants.
  
  

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of anaerobic digestion processes and gas purification technologies (PSA, Water Scrubbing, or Membranes).
  
  

• Familiarity with mechanical components like pumps, blowers, and high-pressure storage cascades.
  
  

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in the MS Office Suite, MS Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD (basic viewing).
  
  

• Soft Skills: Good communication, a "problem-solver" mind set, and the ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
  

What Is Important

A successful candidate will ensure that the CBG project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the specific methane yield targets promised to the client.

Note: This role requires a balance of office-based planning and occasional travel to project sites (often in rural or semi-urban industrial areas).

Estimated Salary Range

• Junior Coordinator (Min. 5 years exp) : ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum.
