About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business, technology, and execution. This role combines product thinking (Business Analyst) and delivery ownership (Project Manager).
You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing development cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities Product & Requirement Management- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders / clients.
- Convert requirements into:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Define product workflows, wireframes, and feature specifications
- Prioritize product backlog based on business goals
- Provide detailed report to management on daily and weekly basis
Project & Sprint Management- Plan and manage Agile sprints
- Break down features into actionable development tasks
- Assign tasks and track progress using tools like Github
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones
Technical Coordination- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams
- Understand technical architecture and constraints
- Participate in technical discussions and solution planning
- Ensure scalability and performance considerations
Stakeholder Communication- Act as the primary point of contact between business and tech teams
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and timelines
- Manage expectations and resolve blockers
Quality & Delivery- Validate deliverables against requirements
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Ensure product meets business objectives and user expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications Education- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience- 2–7 years experience in:
- Product Management / Business Analysis / Project Management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Technical Skills- Understanding of:
- Web & Mobile application development
- APIs, databases, system architecture basics
- Familiarity with tools:
- Github, Figma, Excel, Google Docs
Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Attention to detail with a delivery-focused mindset
Good to Have- Experience with SaaS or product-based companies
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Basic understanding of coding (optional but beneficial)
- Experience with tools like Postman, Git, or analytics tools
Key KPIs (Performance Indicators)- On-time delivery of sprints and releases
- Requirement clarity (reduced rework/bugs)
- Stakeholder satisfaction
- Product adoption & feature success metrics
- On time reports to management team
