About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic
Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will assist in executing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and optimize performance to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Manage daily budgets and bid strategies for campaigns
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
- Internship or hands-on experience in digital marketing is a plus
Bond Clause
- Candidates must sign a 2-year service agreement
- In case of early exit, a penalty amount (as per company policy) will be applicable
