Role Description
We are seeking a passionate Jr. Performance Marketer for a full-time, remote role to join our team at Growthify Media. Daily tasks will include managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, executing A/B testing strategies, and optimizing campaigns for improved ROI. The Jr. Performance Marketer will also assist in conducting market research, creating reports, brainstorming innovative marketing strategies, and managing key advertising platforms like PPC, social media ads, and email marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions and deliver client results will be a core aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Ads Management, PPC Marketing, and YouTube Advertising
- Understanding of techniques in Landing Page Development, Funnel Automation, and Marketing
- Ability to execute and analyze Digital Campaigns, A/B Testing, and Campaign Optimization
- Skills in Data Analysis, Marketing Metrics Interpretation, and Report Creation
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Brand Management (Personal/Corporate)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience or enthusiasm in working with performance-driven marketing strategies
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and a passion for continuous learning in marketing
