This role is for someone who enjoys being behind the scenes, ensuring that sourcing, logistics, deliveries, and backend operations run like a well-oiled machine.
If Selected, You Will Be Responsible For
- Sourcing and managing merchandise end-to-end, from research to execution and timely delivery.
- Supporting backend event management, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
- Researching vendors and maintaining a ready-to-use vendor database for future projects
- Tracking inventory, merchandise samples, and event materials.
- Managing deliveries and ensuring everything reaches where it needs to, when it needs to
- Maintaining organised records of vendor contacts, product options, and event details.
- Assisting the team with day-to-day operational tasks and occasional errands that keep things moving.
What are we looking for?
- Strong organisational skills, you like lists, trackers, and knowing what’s where.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details.
- Basic understanding of vendor coordination, sourcing, and market research.
- Clear and confident communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email for tracking and follow-ups.
- A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told twice and enjoy taking ownership.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while also being a solid team player.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team where ownership matters and deadlines are real. There’s variety, coordination, and plenty of teamwork, no two days look the same.
