About MMAG
MMAG is a dynamic and creative digital marketing agency passionate about crafting compelling visual stories. We are looking for a talented Jr. Motion Graphics / Video Editor with 0–1 years of experience who can transform raw footage into engaging content that captures attention and tells impactful stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and branding materials.
- Enhance videos with transitions, sound effects, music, and graphics to improve overall storytelling.
- Perform colour correction, audio balancing, and syncing to ensure high-quality output.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) in various formats.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand messaging.
- Work on both short-form and long-form content, including reels, ads, explainer videos, and corporate films.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media content styles, and editing tools.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, pacing, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an added advantage.
- Ability to optimize video content for different social media platforms and formats.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of timing and visual aesthetics.
- A portfolio showcasing professional video editing projects is required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
