We’re hiring for a Junior Marketing Executive role at ILUMAY. This is a hands-on marketing role suited to someone who is creative, curious, detail-oriented and interested in understanding how a consumer brand is built across product, content, digital marketing, influencer outreach, PR, product, and customer experience.
What you’ll work on
- Supporting day-to-day coordination across channels. Maintain clear trackers for ongoing tasks and timelines.
- Assist and coordinate with creator, editorial and customer outreach
- Tracking basic campaign performance, customer responses, and what seems to be working, ads and website hygiene checks
- Helping with product launch tasks, customer feedback loops, and post-purchase communication
- Bringing structure to moving pieces — lists, trackers, follow-ups, briefs, notes, and execution plans
- Help identify content ideas, customer insights, channel opportunities, that can improve brand visibility and conversion
We’re interested if you
- Have excellent written communication skills
- Have an interest in consumer brands building across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel
- Are familiar with / have worked with digital content and platforms
- Possess the ability to coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Are organised enough to keep track of details, but flexible enough to work in an early-stage environment
- Have no ego, no fear of asking questions, and no hesitation in saying when something is unclear or not working
· Have no more than 3 years of work experience under your belt
