Commander Watertech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our Talegaon, Pune plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Conduct daily inspections of machines and maintenance checkpoints.
- Monitor machine parameters including oil temperature, hopper throat temperature, and water quality.
- Maintain daily breakdown reports and preventive maintenance records.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for maintenance activities.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure machine safety and compliance with maintenance schedules.
- Maintain ISO documentation and maintenance records.
- Support upkeep of plant utilities, electrical systems, fire safety systems, CCTV, biometric devices, computers, and printers.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing industry.
