🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition within a product-based company.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical panels
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus/online hiring drives
  
  

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in IT recruitment and understanding of tech roles (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
