We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join our interior design team. This role involves understanding client preferences, offering personalised interior solutions, and supporting the project from consultation through to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their interior design preferences and project goals.
Conduct client consultations to assess space, style, and functional requirements (under guidance if needed).
Present and promote interior design concepts, products, and services tailored to client needs.
Provide suggestions on design options, material choices, and furnishing combinations.
Collaborate with senior designers to develop customised solutions.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices; follow up for approvals and payments.
Address client queries and support negotiation processes to help close sales.
Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and service offerings.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales and client service strategies.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in interior design sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design.
Interns with a strong interest in sales and interior design are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good sense of design aesthetics and client understanding.
