Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant (Sales) role based in Hyderabad. The Immigration Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs, and provide accurate guidance on suitable visa options and resettlement pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining eligibility criteria, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. The role also involves meeting sales targets by converting leads into clients, maintaining relationships through follow-ups, and updating clients regularly on their application status. The consultant will stay current with immigration regulations, represent the company professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration trends.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Visas, including various categories such as skill, business, student, and family visas.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Law related to immigration and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client needs analysis, solution presentation, and advisory support.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in immigration or related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain ethical, client-focused practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in law, business, or international relations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
