Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior HR Analyst Intern to support our HR operations at our Hyderabad office. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR activities including recruitment coordination, HR data management, and employee support.
The selected candidate will assist the HR team in maintaining HR systems, analyzing HR data, and supporting daily HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment processes including resume screening and interview coordination
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting
- Support benefits administration and HR policy coordination
- Help improve HR workflows and operational efficiency
- Communicate with team members regarding HR updates and documentation
Qualifications- Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR tools, HRIS, or HR management systems
- Good knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, employee records, and policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
