Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Human Resource Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Jr. HR Executive will handle daily HR operations, including employee relations, HR management, and implementing HR policies. The role involves managing communication between employees and management, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding processes, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations experience
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) processes and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in HR software and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
