About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support recruitment activities by screening CVs and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Fundamental knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Preferred
- Knowledge of labour laws applicable in India
- Internship or junior experience in HR role
