Job Summary:
Black Fuel Roastery is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operational teams for interview processes and hiring updates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including employee documentation and induction coordination.
- Maintain and manage employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate payroll processing and support monthly payroll-related activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Support HR operations across different entities and business verticals under the organization.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, internal communication, and team coordination.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, payroll, and administrative matters.
- Ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee and organizational information.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance, documentation, and organizational records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and job portals is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience handling recruitment across multiple departments/entities.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
