Role Description
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. The role involves designing engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media creatives, videos, and reels that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
- Design visually compelling brochures, flyers, social media posts, ads, and marketing collaterals.
- Create and edit videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives.
- Adapt designs based on platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, print, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs as required.
- Review final outputs to ensure quality and accuracy before publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Filmora.
- Basic understanding of video editing and trending reel formats.
- Knowledge of AI design/video tools is a plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
