Junior Finance Head / Assistant Manager – Finance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — Fresher or up to 2 years of post-qualification experience

About the Role
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to support finance operations across our multi-specialty hospital group. The role will work closely with unit-level finance teams and the Head of Finance to strengthen financial reporting, internal controls, statutory compliance, and business decision support.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis across hospital units.
• Support budgeting, revenue tracking, and departmental/unit-wise cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with HMIS and billing teams for revenue attribution, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with statutory compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Support internal audit activities and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Assist in banking relationships, fund flow management, and working capital tracking.
• Support due diligence, financial modelling, and documentation for expansion or acquisition projects, as required.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, approval processes, and escalation protocols.
Desired Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, including Ind AS, and basic knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling; exposure to ERP or hospital HMIS systems will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with finance, billing, operations, and audit teams.
• Willingness to learn healthcare-sector finance processes, including billing cycles, insurance reconciliation, and TPA-related workflows.

Compensation
• CA Freshers and candidates with less than 1 year of experience: ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month
• Candidates with 2 years of experience and above: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month
• Bonus: Yearly bonus additional, all other perks are as per company policy
