Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the day-to-day maintenance and operation of residential buildings and common areas.
- Assist in managing electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, DG, STP/WTP, pumps, lifts, and other building services.
- Attend and coordinate the resolution of maintenance complaints and service requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, amenities, and building services.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors, contractors, and service agencies.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, complaints, inspections, and service reports.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance and repair issues.
- Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Monitor AMC activities and coordinate with external service providers.
- Ensure proper functioning of safety systems and emergency equipment.
- Assist in controlling maintenance-related material consumption and inventory.
- Coordinate with the society management team, residents, and internal departments whenever required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of common facilities and amenities.
- Escalate major technical issues to the Facility Manager/Senior Engineer.
