Job Title: Junior Executive – Design & Proposals (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)
Location: Bhopal
Salary: upto 4.5 LPA CTC
Job Summary:
We are looking for fresh graduates in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, to join our Design & Proposals Department as Trainee Engineers. The ideal candidates should be eager to learn, technically sound, and possess strong communication skills. They will gain hands-on experience in designing and estimating STP, ETP, and WTP projects, while developing industry knowledge and practical engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Engineering Support:
Assist in preparing design proposals for STP, ETP, and WTP systems.
Utilize AutoCAD to draft engineering drawings and schematics.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in water treatment design.
Technical Documentation & Proposal Development:
Contribute to project reports, technical specifications, and tenders.
Prepare cost estimation for projects in collaboration with senior engineers.
Maintain proper documentation and data management.
Prepare offers & proposals as per the guidance.
Software Proficiency & Analytical Skills:
Work extensively with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, business email writing).
Perform technical calculations and evaluations for project feasibility.
Learn and apply engineering concepts in water & Wastewater treatment plant & its operations.
Communication & Learning:
Engage in technical discussions with senior engineers and clients.
Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
Continuously seek knowledge through research and interaction with experts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: BTech in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or MSc in relevant fields.
Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and BE/BTech.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) with a personal laptop.
Experience: 1–5 Year

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and grow in water treatment engineering.
Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
Preferred Qualities:
Passionate about design engineering and problem-solving.
