Role Description
This full-time, on-site Jr. Estimator role is based in Thane, India. The Jr. Estimator will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing detailed estimates and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications. The position requires generating material lists, assisting in creating cost analyses, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
•Assist in analyzing construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of civil/structural drawings and estimation concepts.
• Perform basic on-screen quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu.
• Learn estimation tools, standards, and processes followed by the company.
• Support in documentation and estimation reporting tasks.
• Good communication skills and team coordination abilities.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or civil engineering projects, particularly in rebar estimation and detailing, is advantageous.
