Job Title: Jr. Electrical Technician

Reporting To: Electrical Supervisor Maintenance Head
Job Summary:
The Jr. Electrical Technician is responsible for assisting in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting machine breakdowns, and supporting smooth operation of electrical systems and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical faults in motors, panels, and machines.
- Support installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Check wiring, switches, MCC panels, and electrical connections.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure proper functioning of plant electrical systems.
- Follow safety standards and electrical SOPs.
- Coordinate with production team during maintenance activities.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety in work area.
Required Qualification:
- ITI Electrician OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years experience in maintenance department preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
Required Skills:
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Understanding of motors and control panels
- Knowledge of electrical tools and safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
Working Conditions:
- Factory / Production environment
- Rotational shifts if required
