Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Education Counsellor located in the Pune Division. The Jr. Education Counsellor will assist students with personalized counseling sessions to guide them in choosing the right academic paths and career opportunities. Responsibilities will include conducting career counseling, providing information about educational programs and opportunities, and addressing students’ inquiries. The role also involves working closely with educational institutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of academic trends to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and providing guidance focused on academic growth
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to help students plan their futures
- Excellent Communication skills for developing relationships with students and stakeholders
- An in-depth understanding of Education systems and trends
- An empathetic and approachable demeanor, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Relevant experience or academic background in Education, Counseling, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
